HOME CARE

Standard services: $100 per month (5 visits) or $25 per visit, which include the following:
•    Checking heat/air conditioning/plumbing/electrical
•    Bringing in newspapers/mail
•    Turning on/alternating lights
•    Opening/closing blinds
•    Carrying trash in/out
•    Watering plants

Optional service
•    House cleaning - $100 per 1,000 square feet
•    Restocking refrigerator prior to your return, $24 monthly clients/$35 non-monthly clients, plus cost of     groceries
•    P.O. Box and/or Parcel Pick-Up, $10 Monthly (Weekly Pick-Up), $5 per ad hoc pick-up

Contractor Services – $25 estimate service fee, and $10 per hour contractor management fee. Estimates will be provided for client approval prior to any work being done. Contractor services include:
•    Landscaping
•    Snow removal
•    Roofing repairs
•    Tree trimming/removal
•    General contracting work
•    Plumbing and electrical repairs
•    Well testing/remediation
•    Septic testing/repairs
•    Gutter cleaning
•    Power washing exterior

Other custom home-care services quoted on request.

PET CARE

•    Pet sitting visits- Basic 30 minutes and other extended times: starting at $15 per visit
•    Pet transport: $15 for the first half hour, $10 for each subsequent half hour
•    Dog walking: starting at $15 for 30 minutes
•    Medication and insulin given by request – no charge
•    Basic grooming: brush & bath: $10
•    All pet visits include plenty of hugs and kisses!
